What you say is one thing.
How it lands is another.

Communication is decisive – in presentations, difficult conversations and moments when the pressure rises. I train what really helps.

Those who communicate clearly don’t need tricks. But they do need practice.

Most communication problems in organisations are not knowledge problems. People often know what they want to say – but under pressure, in front of an audience or in conflict, it comes out differently than intended.

I train teams and groups to communicate effectively when it really matters. Not through techniques learned by rote – but through genuine practice, honest feedback and understanding your own impact.

What remains after working together: more clarity in expression, more confidence in presence – and fewer conversations that should have gone differently.

Presenting & Pitching

Getting ideas across convincingly: in front of decision-makers, within teams or on stage.

Presence & Impact

Understanding how you come across, and shaping that impact deliberately. Especially under pressure.

Difficult Conversations & Conflict

Having the conversations nobody wants to have. Clearly, directly and without unnecessary escalation.

Facilitation & Meetings

Meetings that lead to results. Groups that work productively instead of talking past each other.

How we work together

I typically work with teams and groups in training sessions and workshops – practice-oriented, with a high proportion of hands-on exercises and direct feedback. One-to-one coaching is available where it makes sense.

The starting point is always a short conversation, to understand what the situation calls for.

You create a safe atmosphere in which even someone as naturally reserved as me manages to open up. Through your open and empathetic approach you make it possible for participants to step outside their comfort zone and reflect on themselves.

— Franziska, Participant

Communication can be trained. So can presence.

In an initial conversation we clarify what your team needs.
