I have been supporting people through development processes. For more than 15 years.

As a coach, trainer and workshop facilitator I work with companies and organisations – when leadership, communication or development needs to make a real difference.

My background is broad – and that is no coincidence.

I have worked as a business economist in start-up consulting and economic development, spent almost five years working with people experiencing mental illness, lectured at universities in Germany and abroad, and performed as an active improv theatre actor. This variety is not randomness – it is the foundation for understanding complex situations from different perspectives.

What drives me in my work: a genuine interest in people. Not as an adopted attitude, but as a prerequisite for any development that is truly going to happen.

What improv theatre taught me, I use to this day: trust the process. Trust yourself. And keep a sense of humour – even when things get serious.

After 15 years I have become better at listening. At allowing time. At taking people as they are – in their reality, not the one I imagine for them. At holding pauses. At not moderating emotions away.

Whether something is really working – I don’t see it in the feedback form. I see it in the smile. In the spark in someone’s eyes. In questions that are uncomfortable – and full of curiosity nonetheless.

I know leadership not only from supporting leaders – I have carried leadership responsibility myself. That changes how I listen when someone talks about their team.

My work is methodically grounded: ICF-accredited coaching qualification, certified LINC Personality Profiler, over 15 years of teaching experience at universities – including a long-standing lectureship in improv theatre at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. Together with a colleague I published the book „Impropreneurship”, released by Springer Gabler.
